Let’s take a look at the WordPress REST API from a design perspective. Our goal, often times, is to facilitate the transfer of information. The API offers a way to facilitate the transfer of information between software systems. We can take advantage of this to innovate with WordPress and build creative products on top of WordPress using whatever tools we desire.
This talk explores the API, provides a better understanding of it, and shares some creative examples of the future of WordPress.
